Booklet - TISSUE DONATION - Everything you need to know, now available online
We would like to draw your attention to a new document that has been prepared by the European Committee on Organ Donation (CD-P-TO) entitled ‘Tissue Donation – Everything You Need to Know’. The document has been written to educate and inform the general public about tissue donation and its benefits, and its development was led by Jacinto Sanchez-Ibanez, a past president of the Association.

Currently, the document is only available in English, but authorisation to translate this booklet into your native language(s) can be requested by sending an email to the CD-P-TO Secretariat at
EATCB and AETB on the principles of the new SoHO regulation
EATCB and its sister Association – Asociación Española de Bancos de Tejidos (AEBT) – share their view in a common document (you can download below) on the Proposal for a new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on standards of quality and safety for substances of human origin (SoHO) intended for human application and repealing Directives 2002/98/EC and 2004/23/EC.
